With admirable energy, conviction and faith, she is building a place that has the ambition to shift the perception of what "quality and dignified care" really means. Dagmar tirelessly builds a team that leads to openness and a desire to improve in her work. Dagmar knows the life story of each client, knows every family and meets with them regularly.
