Jan co-founded the volunteer environmental movement Trash Hero in Thailand, which has spread to 15 countries to date and continues to grow. The Trash Hero mission is to bring communities together to clean and reduce waste. Up to date, more than 2000 tons of waste has been collected by over 390,000 volunteers. Trash Hero also engages children through their multilingual kids’ programme.
