Zuzana runs a start up that develops new long-term sustainable materials in India. She combines science, design and engineering, offering bacterial cellulose-based materials grown on water from coconuts commercially (coconut water being a waste product) as a replacement for animal hide leather. She started developing the material on her knees in her own kitchen.
