Jana is a talent and career counsellor who specializes in the development of children, adolescents, and adults, integrating talent and career counselling. She has completed a certified training programme for strengths consultants according to the CliftonStrengths (Gallup) methodology at ikigai.cz and a two-year training program titled "Professional in Preparing Children for a Successful Future." Jana is the co-author of the new version of the most widely used tool in the Czech Republic for discovering strengths, self-development, and career choice for primary and secondary school children by Salmondo, which has already been used by more than 50,000 pupils and students. She provides talent and career counselling through individual consultations or workshops for children or parents with children.
